Project Manager
Location - Pune (Travel Across India)
Role Overview
GenRec.AI is hiring for its client, a fast-growing engineering company delivering premium façade, skylight, steel window, and architectural glazing projects across India. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution from planning through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete project execution.
- Prepare execution schedules and monitor progress.
- Read architectural and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams.
- Track project costs and milestones.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Requirements
- B.E./Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of project management experience.
- Experience in façades, curtain walls, aluminium systems, steel windows, or glazing projects.
- Strong planning and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

- Do you have hands-on experience reading and interpreting architectural, fabrication and shop drawings?
- Have you used MS Project or equivalent project scheduling software for project planning and tracking?
- What is your Current CTC (Per annum)?
- What is your Expected CTC (Per annum)?
- What is the largest project value (₹ crore) you have independently managed?
- How many projects have you independently managed simultaneously?
- Do you have a B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering?
