Job Summary
The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth functioning of office activities, maintaining records, coordinating with various departments, and supporting management in achieving organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Management
- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth execution of activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Draft official letters, notices, circulars, and reports.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
Facility & Resource Management
- Supervise housekeeping, security, transportation, and maintenance services.
- Monitor availability and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate vendor services and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Staff Supervision
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Monitor staff attendance and administrative records.
- Assist management in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Planning & Operations
- Develop and implement administrative systems and processes.
- Assist in strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Ensure effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Resolve administrative issues and provide practical solutions.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in educational institutions will be preferred.
