Profile - HR Recruiter
B9 Solution is looking for an HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities and connect with the right candidates for our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Must have minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain an applicant tracking system and update candidate databases regularly.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc., is an advantage.
