Job Description:
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Responsible for daily customer collections and ensuring timely payment follow-ups.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide professional customer service.
- Along with daily collection activities, employees are required to generate new business leads for the company.
- Employees will receive additional monthly incentives for every successful business/customer lead they bring to the company.
- Incentives are separate from the basic salary and will be paid based on the business and leads generated.
- Basic Salary: ₹16,000 per month + Monthly Incentives.
- Good communication skills, customer-handling skills, and willingness to work in the field are preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
