We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Clinic Manager (ACM) to support daily operations at our VIBES Green Park clinic. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the beauty, wellness, or slimming industry with strong leadership and sales capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing overall clinic operations and team performance
- Drive clinic sales and achieve monthly targets
- Handle client consultations and ensure excellent customer experience
- Monitor staff productivity, grooming, and service quality
- Support marketing activities and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain reports, MIS, and daily operational updates
- Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, therapists, and doctors
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in Beauty / Wellness / Slimming industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Leadership and team handling experience
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
