o Construction management for site activities & overall co-ordination with P&G teams, contractors & stakeholders.
o Site activities tracking and control
o Activities included-Budgeting, Estimation, Scheduling, Execution, Quality control, Documentation
o Manage daily, weekly and monthly meetings and share required reports & presentations
o Hands on experience of RCC, Painting, Flooring, Structure fabrication and installation, foundation, sheeting and PEB building works, plumbing & Piping, QRS door, Partition wall, backfilling etc.
o Provide Design inputs and review design.
o Quantity surveying and Vendor running bill verification
o Good knowledge of site construction safety
o Provide value addition in terms of time, cost and quality
o Hands-on experience of AutoCAD and construction tools.
o Coordinate with all sites concerning team and different stream work
o Verification of clashes
o Provide regular updates to clients.
o Preferred, same type of working experience and sound technical skills.
o Establish an effective relationship with the P&G Team, designers, contractor's project and construction management teams o Maintain records for CCIP and lead in audit o Lead constructability review at different design stages o Establish effective constructability and construction completion processes o Work with the Scheduler to develop schedules in cooperation with the contractors to meet overall project milestones and identify in time for corrective action slippage and propose actions to move o Maintain project budgets based on the Program's planned contracting strategy to validate existing estimates and to generate updated estimates for management strategy, budgeting, and planning purposes o Develop summary and detailed cost reports for the program. These will be detailed by WBS and code of account, identifying budgets, changes, expenditures, commitments and forecasts o Manage the interface between the construction organization and site Start-up/Operation team to maintain the site construction agreement o Quantity surveying and Vendor Running Bill verification
