Job description:
We are hiring an Office Assistant to handle day-to-day office activities. The role involves regular bank visits, cheque deposits, bill processing, and maintaining office records and files.
Responsibilities
- Visit banks for cheque deposits and banking operations.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Handle bills, vouchers, and basic documentation
- Maintain files, registers, and record room
- Support office administrative work and courier handling
- Perform official field work as required
Requirements
- 12th Completed candidates who has previous experience as Office Assistant.
- 0–3 years experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic MS Excel & Word knowledge
- Must be able to ride a two-wheeler for office work
- Valid two-wheeler driving license mandatory
