- Maintain and update service records, customer databases, and warranty details.
- Coordinate with branch service teams regarding service requests and complaints.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Monitor service job cards and ensure timely closure.
- Process service-related documentation and approvals.
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and internal communication channels.
- Track pending service cases and follow up with concerned departments.
- Maintain spare parts and service inventory records.
- Generate MIS reports and analyze service performance data.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
