As a Business Analyst – Data, you will lead the business analysis function for data initiatives, bridging business needs with data capabilities. You will ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value, working closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains.

Strategic Planning, Governance & Stakeholder Management

Define and maintain the data business capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

Lead discussions, documentation, and validation of business requirements for data solutions.

Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for data initiatives.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.

Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for data applications.
Data Use Case Development & Advisory

Identify high‑impact data use cases and assess their business value and feasibility.

Support design and prototyping of data solutions, including data management capabilities.

Advise business units on leveraging tools such as MS SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
Training & Change Management

Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill business users.

Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of data solutions.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning around data platform technologies.

You have experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
