This opportunity is strictly for candidates with a proven Sales & Marketing background in the PEB/Steel Structures/Heavy Fabrication industry. Applications from candidates with experience in other sales domains will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business in assigned territories.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Promote PEB, Steel Structures, and Heavy Fabrication solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
Desired Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (MBA will be an added advantage).
- Relevant Sales & Marketing experience in the PEB, Steel Structures, or Heavy Fabrication industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and manage key accounts, consultants, contractors, architects, and customers.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
