We are looking for an experienced Architect / Interior Designer who is passionate about luxury residential design and possesses the ability to transform concepts into beautifully executed spaces. Key Responsibilities :
As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept through execution while ensuring every design decision reflects our commitment to excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and translating design concepts into high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and immersive visual presentations.
Preparing comprehensive 2D working drawings, construction drawings, detailed joinery drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
Preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material schedules, specifications, and project documentation.
Creating refined and visually compelling client presentations that effectively communicate design concepts, material palettes, and project progress.
Coordinating seamlessly with clients, consultants, vendors, manufacturers, contractors, and the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conducting regular site visits to review progress, resolve technical challenges, monitor workmanship, and ensure design intent is executed with precision.
Reviewing shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and on-site execution to maintain the highest standards of quality and detailing.
Collaborating closely with the execution team to resolve design and construction challenges while maintaining project timelines.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.
Upholding the design philosophy and quality standards of Architecture Collective Co. in every project undertaken.
Software Proficiency :
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- D5 Render
- Enscape
- Lumion
- Corona Renderer
- V-Ray
- Microsoft Excel (BOQs, project planning, documentation, and project tracking)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (design presentations, client presentations, and project communication)
A strong command of visualization and presentation software is essential, as client presentations form a significant part of our design process.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design discipline.
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
Prior experience in luxury residential, high-end hospitality, or bespoke interior projects will be preferred.
