**Job Description:**
* Manage day-to-day **production line operations** for electronic products.
* Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and supply chain teams.
* Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
* Supervise assembly, testing, and material movement on the production line.
* Ensure adherence to **quality, safety, and production standards**.
* Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
* Maintain production records, reports, and line-related documentation.
* Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores/inventory teams.
* Support process improvements to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's/Diploma in **Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field**.
* 1–3 years of experience in **production, assembly, manufacturing, or electronics operations**.
* Basic understanding of electronic products and production processes.
* Good knowledge of **MS Excel / ERP**.
* Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience in electronics manufacturing/assembly is preferred.
