ElectroCore Technologies India is looking for a Customer Relationship & Sales Executive to manage customer communications, prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Prepare and submit professional quotations.
Follow up on quotations until order confirmation.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the internal sales team.
Maintain customer and quotation records.
Identify repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Learn ElectroCore's products and provide basic customer support.
Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
Occasionally visit customer locations for face-to-face meetings and relationship building.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Experience in customer service, inside sales, telecalling, CRM, or quotation preparation is an advantage.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Hindi & Tamil is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Willingness to learn and take ownership.
Confident in speaking with customers over phone and during occasional customer visits.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
Performance Incentive: ₹5,000–₹20,000/month
