1. Prepare, review, and monitor detailed production planning schedules for precision machining, fabrication, assembly, and alignment activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely execution
2. Lead and optimize production planning activities using MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis, reporting, capacity planning, production tracking, and documentation management.
3. Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s mechanical products, manufacturing systems, production technologies, and industry best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
4. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to convert technical drawings, project timelines, and customer requirements into practical and achievable production plans while ensuring quality and delivery commitments.
5. Participate in production review meetings, monitor project progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and provide strategic planning inputs for resource allocation and process improvement.
6.Collaborate closely with design, procurement, quality, stores, and production departments to ensure material availability, technical compliance, workflow efficiency, and minimum production downtime.
7. Monitor production targets, manpower utilization, machine capacity, and material planning to achieve optimum productivity and cost-effective manufacturing operations.
8. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and production documentation practices across all manufacturing activities.
9. Candidate having experience in mechanical manufacturing industries such as precision machining, fabrication, heavy engineering, or assembly operations will be preferred.
10. Candidates from Anand or Vadodara district, Gujarat will be preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
