Job Description
We are looking for a Computer Operator for our logistics company based in Dankuni, Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily data entry, maintaining logistics records, preparing reports, and supporting transportation operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update logistics and transportation data accurately.
- Maintain records of invoices, dispatches, deliveries, and consignments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and office staff.
- Handle emails, document filing, scanning, and printing.
- Ensure all operational records are updated and organized.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in logistics or transportation operations is preferred.
- Freshers with good computer skills are welcome to apply.
