Woven Talent Advisors is a talent advisory and RPO organisation working with high-growth businesses and established enterprises across their talent acquisition requirements.
We are looking for an HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, sourcing and HR operations. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates/postgraduates or students looking to build a career in HR.
No prior HR experience is mandatory. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, disciplined, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
- Screen profiles against job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Assist with candidate communication and documentation
- Support onboarding and other HR operational activities
- Maintain accurate employee/candidate records and HR documentation
- Support the HR and recruitment team on day-to-day requirements
Who Can Apply
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates pursuing or completing MBA/MMS/PGDM in HR can also apply
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes
- Coachable and comfortable receiving feedback
- Comfortable working from office in BKC, Mumbai
- Available to work 6 days a week, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
