- Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related
field with a focus on Tribology.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in tribology or lubricant research and development in an
industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of the principles of tribology, lubrication, and material science.
- Demonstrated experience with tribological testing instruments, such as pin-on-disk, four-ball
testers, SRV, rheometers, and other related equipment.
- Proficient in the use and maintenance of instrumentation for evaluating wear, friction, and
lubrication properties of materials.
