Job Summary
MIM SME Responsibilities Work with and operate various monitoring and control systemsResponding to events and various technical problems in real timeTracking the events until problems are resolved, contacting the relevant factors in the organization as neededCreate and follow runbooks to assure system health and KPIManage Critical incidents and drive technical teams for fast incident resolutionSend internal notifications, to update employees and management about any service degradation and changes of status, at any given timePerform fault detection, isolation, resolution, and root cause analysisManage problems, track, and document action itemsDefine, create, and implement monitoring solutions

MIM SME Ability to work in 24/7/365 shiftsAbility to work from home and office in a virtual environmentExcellent troubleshooting and diagnosis capabilitiesDemonstrate strong written and verbal skills in EnglishExcellent time management, multitasking, prioritization skills, and sense of urgencyPerceptive, fast learner, and able to perform well under pressureShould have knowledge and experience in different IT sectors domainsNetworkWindows/ Linux ServersVirtualizationStorage and backupExperience as NOC operator for +1 yearsExperience working for a global Hi-Tech companyTeam playerCertification: CCNA, MCSAGood Understanding of ITIL concept and Service Now – Preferred
