Principal – Pre-Primary & Primary School
Location: Bandra, Mumbai
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary Principal to lead our Pre-Primary and Primary School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving academic excellence, fostering a nurturing learning environment, supporting teacher development, strengthening parent relationships, and ensuring the overall growth and success of the institution.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership for Pre-Primary and Primary academic programs.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student development.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and classroom effectiveness.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and child-centric learning practices.
- Track academic performance and implement improvement strategies.
School Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and academic standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable educational regulations and board requirements.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment across the school.
Teacher Leadership & Development
- Recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate teaching staff.
- Conduct classroom observations and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Parent & Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians.
- Address parent concerns professionally and effectively.
- Lead parent orientation programs, meetings, and school events.
- Enhance the school's reputation through positive community engagement.
Admissions & School Growth
- Support admission planning and student enrollment initiatives.
- Work closely with management to achieve growth and development objectives.
- Participate in marketing, outreach, and promotional activities to strengthen the school's presence.
- Contribute ideas that enhance student experience and institutional growth.
Student Development & Welfare
- Ensure the holistic development of students academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.
- Promote values, leadership, creativity, confidence, and lifelong learning.
- Create an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Skill Requirements
- Proven experience in educational leadership, school administration, or principal/coordinator roles.
- Strong understanding of early childhood and primary education methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Pre-Primary and Primary Schools.
- Strong exposure to curriculum planning, teacher training, and school operations.
- Experience in admissions management, parent engagement, and school development initiatives.
- Knowledge of modern educational technologies and child-centered learning practices.
