Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. You will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, and help maintain accurate, compliant employee records. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about developing a career in HR and possesses strong communication skills.
Objectives of this Role:
· Provide administrative support to the entire HR department.
· Serve as a reliable source of information for employees regarding policies and benefits.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all documentation.
· Facilitate smooth recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support: Maintain digital and hard-copy employee records (records, attendance, leaves).
· Recruitment & Hiring: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
· Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations, prepare paperwork, and conduct exit interviews.
· Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves).
· Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and the HR team, addressing queries professionally.
· Compliance: Ensure all employee documentation adheres to company policies and legal regulations.
· Special Projects: Assist with performance management processes, employee surveys, and engagement events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience: Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant administrative role (1–3 years preferred).
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance regulations.
· Experience with HRMS software.
Pay: ₹8,948.82 - ₹10,000.00 per month
