Process IT purchase requests and invoices, ensuring they align with approved budgets and established guidelines

Maintain spend across projects, suppliers, functions, and categories, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Review financial transactions for accuracy, appropriate coding, and required approvals

Identify routine discrepancies or data issues and take appropriate steps to resolve or escalate as needed

Support Analyst with maintenance of financial management framework for all IT spend

Work independently to manage day-to-day financial coordination tasks and meet timelines

Partner with IT Finance, Project Managers, and CIO Office stakeholders to collect and maintain relevant financial information

Contribute to improving financial tracking and reporting processes

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Time management skills, ability to prioritize both daily and monthly tasks

Basic understanding of financial reporting

Experience with financial systems (Concur and D365) preferred
