About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing residential and commercial spaces while ensuring projects meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior and architectural design concepts.
- Prepare layout plans, 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, and colour schemes.
- Create detailed working drawings and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project teams during execution.
- Conduct site visits and ensure work is completed according to design specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in interior and architectural design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Strong creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of construction materials, space planning, and project management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of Vastu/Feng Shui principles (optional).
- Strong presentation and portfolio skills.

Pay: ₹10,495.95 - ₹46,457.21 per month
