Job Summary
We are hiring a Gold Loan Officer for a reputed NBFC in Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete gold loan process, including customer interaction, documentation, gold valuation coordination, loan processing, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and promote gold loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and related services to customers.
- Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
- Coordinate gold valuation, verification, and pledge-related procedures.
- Complete KYC, documentation, and loan processing accurately.
- Support loan disbursement activities as per company guidelines.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage renewals.
- Follow up with customers for repayments, renewals, and service-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and branch operational standards.
- Maintain proper records and reports related to customer transactions and loan processing.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Gold Loans, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and branch-level business goals.
- Freshers with relevant exposure may also be considered.
