Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or company databases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
- Prepare call reports and update management on customer feedback.
Experience:
- Freshers and Experienced both can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, data entry, or back-office operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
