Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of web application development and design patterns related to ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience in integrating front-end components with server-side logic.
- Familiarity with database design and interaction using Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Good understanding of debugging, performance tuning, and security considerations in web applications.
Additional Information:
