Waitress/Guest Relations Executive

About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused waitress to create an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. As the face of the café, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and attended to throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with seating, menu recommendations, and order placement.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Build positive relationships with guests and ensure a memorable café experience.
- Address customer queries confidently and professionally.
- Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff for smooth service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support sales by recommending menu items and promotions.
Candidate Profile
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.
- Naturally friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
- Pleasant smile and positive attitude.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with guests.
- Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn.
- Not hesitant in interacting with customers or handling guest requests.
- Maintains composure and professionalism during busy periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, retail, airlines, hotels, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives/performance benefits.
