JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT MANAGER – CBS & WWW
**Responsibilities: **

Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geographical area for CBS & WWW .

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, consultants, contractors, including dealers, clients and market segments.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with consultants / contractors / dealer network through regular communication and visits.

Conduct market research to understand market needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies.

Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to dealers / retailers & potential customers.
-
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to direct customers.

Monitor and report on sales performance, contributing insights for continuous improvement.

Work closely with dealers /distributors and other partners to expand market reach.

Represent the company at events / seminars /local trade shows/ exhibitions.
**Qualifications: **

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mech / Electrical) , Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Familiarity with the products or services being offered.

Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
