Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Azure AI Engineer / Backend Developer to drive greenfield development of
scalable backend services, intelligent dashboards, and AI-powered agents. The role involves leveraging modern
Azure capabilities including Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud-native architectures to build next-
generation data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using C# (.NET Core) and Python
- Build and deploy AI-powered agents and solutions using Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI ecosystem
- Develop data-driven dashboards and analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Azure PaaS services
- Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise-grade applications
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of applications on Azure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and solution design
- Drive best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development
Primary Skills (Must Have)
- Strong programming expertise in C# (.NET Core) and Python
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Foundry)
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Data Engineering / Analytics platforms
- Solid understanding of Azure PaaS services (App Services, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, etc.)
- Experience in designing and developing Microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
- Experience working with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
Secondary / Good to Have Skills
- Experience with LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and AI agents orchestration
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines)
- Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes
- Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in Azure
