The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.The CRE serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the service or sales process.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, relationship, or sales support.
