Ivy International School is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Head who can efficiently manage human resources, administration, and support marketing initiatives for the school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced academic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Administration
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and HR policies
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
- Supervise administrative operations and office management
- Coordinate with school departments for smooth daily functioning
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements
Marketing & Branding
- Assist in planning and executing school marketing campaigns
- Coordinate admissions-related promotional activities
- Manage social media coordination and branding support
- Develop relationships with local communities and partners
- Support event promotions, seminars, and outreach activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in HR/Admin/ Marketing or similar roles
- Experience in Education/Banking/FMCG or related sectors preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
- Excellent Team Player
- Flexibility in travelling across organisational operations
