Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 10–13 Years (Accounting Head) / CA Intern
Qualification: CA / M.Com / MBA Finance Preferred / CA Pursuing
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Accounting Head to oversee and manage the organization’s accounting and financial operations. We are also looking for enthusiastic CA Interns who are eager to gain practical exposure in accounting, taxation, compliance, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall accounting and finance operations
- Finalization of accounts, balance sheets, and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Monitor budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting activities
- Coordinate internal/external audits and maintain accounting compliance
- Handle banking operations, vendor payments, and account reconciliations
- Lead, guide, and supervise the accounts team effectively
- Support accounting, audit, and taxation activities (For CA Interns)
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Tally and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination ability
