We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager who has experience in healthcare industry to oversee and streamline daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing staff performance, coordinating between departments, maintaining service quality, and supporting organizational growth. Candidates with healthcare industry experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and branches.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise operational staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Manage staff attendance, discipline, and workplace conduct.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
Process Improvement
- Analyze workflows and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
Customer Service & Quality Control
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Address customer complaints and operational concerns effectively.
- Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with management regarding operational updates and challenges.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Inventory & Resource Management
- Monitor utilization of resources and operational assets.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance and efficient use of company resources.

- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Experience in handling multi-location operations is an advantage.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(May require additional hours based on operational requirements.)
