We are looking for a polite, well-spoken, and customer-friendly Customer Support Executive to assist prospective buyers who inquire about our real estate projects.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls. The role primarily involves speaking with interested leads, providing basic project information, guiding them to the project location, and ensuring a smooth customer experience before they visit the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
- Provide basic information about our real estate projects.
- Guide customers with directions to the project site.
- Answer common queries regarding project location, amenities, and visiting hours.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested leads as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Escalate complex customer queries to the sales team when necessary.
- Deliver a professional and courteous customer experience on every call.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Pleasant, soft-spoken, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable working from home with a quiet environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems, WhatsApp Web, Google Maps, and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable internet connection and laptop/computer.
- Prior experience in customer support, telesales, telecalling, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
