Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, promoting products/services, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Follow up with customers for closures or further communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Maintain call records and prepare reports.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Active listening skills.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Graduate in any field.
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹8,478.52 - ₹20,000.00 per month
