Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a balance of creativity and analytical thinking to deliver effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design.
- Develop and document application specifications and design documents.
- Test and validate applications to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Workday functionalities and reporting capabilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- Mandatory to have Workday Related certification for the Primary skill.
