- HR administration: Maintain detailed employee records, manage HR databases, and handle all administrative tasks and sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Employee relations and engagement: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, organize employee events, and promote a positive and productive company culture.
- Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the entire hiring process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to conducting interviews and handling new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Post job descriptions and advertisements.
- Ensure a smooth transition into the company by helping new employees understand company policies and culture.
- Payroll and Attendance Management
- Keep records up to date for inspections and internal reviews.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
