Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute in-house retention marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee in-house retention marketing activities, including scheduling and sending emails to subscribers.
- Manage and execute WhatsApp flows and campaigns.
- Administer and moderate the WhatsApp community group for engagement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of retention marketing activities.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of the external marketing team.
- Provide daily reports to the manager on marketing performance and campaign updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, particularly for email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in retention marketing strategies and managing digital community groups is a plus.
