Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive Alibaba.com membership sales while leading a team of 2–3 Sales Executives. The role requires balancing individual sales targets with team performance, ensuring consistent revenue growth, customer acquisition, and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 2–3 Sales Executives to achieve their sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Promote and sell Alibaba.com membership solutions to SMEs and exporters.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct daily sales reviews.
- Support team members during client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain accurate CRM updates.
- Develop sales strategies to improve conversions and increase revenue.
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities to strengthen business growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and reporting standards.
- Train and mentor new team members on products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, digital solutions, or Alibaba.com membership sales.
- Prior experience managing a small sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
