Customer Communication Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communication across WhatsApp, email, phone, website and social media.
- Respond to product inquiries, order updates, customization requests and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Support order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery communication.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a premium brand experience at every touchpoint.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for improving products, services, and communication processes.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, product requests and recurring concerns for management review.
- Maintain records of order received, fulfilled and after-sales service requests.
· Develop and maintain cordial and professional relationships with customers, distributors and retail partners through timely communication and responsive support.
· Serve as a key point of contact for customers, distributors, and retailers, ensuring a positive brand experience and strong business relationships.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.
Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Communication [ Jewelry preferred]
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
