Job responsibilities
Acts as the primary liaison between parents and the institution, focusing on enhancing parent satisfaction, managing admissions, and fostering engagement. They handle queries, provide school information, organize tours, and address concerns to build strong, positive relationshipsrelationships.
Responsibilities of a PRM in Schools:
- Admissions Management: Counseling prospective parents, conducting campus tours, and guiding them through the admission process.
- Parent Communication: Acting as the main contact point for parents, sending updates, and managing feedback or complaints.
- Relationship Building: Fostering a strong connection between the school, parents, and community.
- Operational Support: Coordinating with teachers and staff to share, for example, curriculum planners or event schedules with parents.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of parent interactions, student information, and admission data.
