Job Title: Billing Executive cum Store Keeper
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: tilak nagar, New Delhi
Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Off)
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities (KRA)
- Generate invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
- Prepare GST-compliant bills and maintain accurate billing records.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Maintain inward and outward stock registers.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
- Coordinate with the purchase, sales, and accounts teams.
- Verify stock before billing and dispatch.
- Maintain daily stock movement and billing MIS reports.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and physical inventory checks.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Handle billing and inventory-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel, Tally, Busy, or ERP software.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and support audit requirements.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, purchase records, and stock documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the store area.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of GST billing and inventory management.
- Experience with Tally, Busy, or ERP software preferred.
- Good numerical and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate Joiner.
- Delhi candidates preferred.
- Experience in billing, inventory, warehouse, retail, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage both billing and store operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
