Summary:
We are looking for an AI/ML Developer who can design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for healthcare-focused use cases. The ideal candidate will work closely with data teams, handle healthcare data, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions for healthcare industry needs.
- Work with data engineers/analysts to preprocess, clean, and structure healthcare datasets.
- Design and implement ML models for patient readmission, disease progression, medical image analysis, etc.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to define project requirements and KPIs delivering measurable value.
- Stay updated with ML advancements in healthcare-specific applications.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR and patient-data privacy standards.
- Monitor and fine-tune ML models in production.
Candidate Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI applications.
Strong programming in Python and/or R, plus ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
Understanding of healthcare data types – EHR/EMR, claims, imaging, genomics.
Familiar with AWS / Azure / GCP and deploying ML models in cloud environments.
Experience in healthcare-specific AI use cases such as patient outcome prediction, medical imaging, NLP for clinical notes.
Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy & regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
Good communication, analytical skills, and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
