1. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Manager to the CEO who can manage both professional and personal responsibilities of the CEO.
2. The ideal candidate will act as the CEO's right hand, ensuring smooth coordination of business operations, administrative activities, legal matters, meetings, travel, and other official and personal tasks.
3. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidentiality, multitasking abilities, and a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Executive & Administrative Support
1. Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
2. Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
3. Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
4. Manage confidential documents, reports, and business records.
5. Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion across departments.
B. Legal & Compliance Coordination
1. Coordinate with lawyers, consultants, and legal advisors regarding ongoing legal matters.
2. Maintain records and documentation related to legal cases and compliance requirements.
3. Follow up on court dates, legal notices, agreements, and related documentation.
4. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and official documents.
C. Business Operations Support
1. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
2. Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to the CEO.
3. Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and business summaries.
4. Assist in vendor management, partnership discussions, and business correspondence.
D. Travel & Event Management
1. Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
2. Coordinate business events, conferences, and executive meetings.
3. Manage expense reports and travel-related documentation.
E. Personal & Miscellaneous Tasks
1. Handle personal assignments and special projects assigned by the CEO.
2. Manage personal appointments, bookings, and scheduling requirements.
3. Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers when required.
4. Support the CEO in both business-related and unofficial responsibilities.
