- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to address challenges and optimize outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system stability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless connectivity between applications.
Additional Information:
