We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who can execute campaigns through agencies and drive performance through data.
This is an individual contributor role, where you will act as the single point of contact between the company and marketing agencies, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and deliver measurable results.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies for digital campaigns, creatives, and execution
- Ensure campaigns are launched and delivered as per timelines and project requirements
- Manage end-to-end campaign rollout across projects
- Act as the primary point of contact between agencies and internal teams
- Coordinate for:
- Creatives & collaterals
- Digital campaigns
- On-ground activities
- Ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Manage development of:
- Brochures
- Project collaterals
- Marketing materials
- Coordinate drone shoots, video shoots, and site-based content creation
- Be present on-site to ensure execution quality
- Track campaign performance, lead flow, and site walk-ins
- Analyze spend vs ROI across campaigns
- Work with agencies to optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Maintain campaign dashboards and reports
- Work with CRM tools (Sell.do / Salesforce or similar)
- Ensure proper tracking of:
- Leads
- Site visits
- Campaign performance
- Timely execution of campaigns
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead / ROI
- Broker & site walk-ins
- 2–6 years of experience in real estate marketing (mandatory)
- Strong experience in agency coordination and campaign execution
- Understanding of digital marketing (Meta / Google Ads)
- Experience in tracking performance and optimizing campaigns
- Comfortable with on-ground coordination (site visits, shoots)
