We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor / Telecaller to join our team. The role involves guiding students, handling calls, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Provide course and career guidance to students
- Follow up with leads and convert into admissions
- Maintain call records and student data
- Achieve monthly targets
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English)
- Strong convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented mindset

- Experience in telecalling/counseling is a plus
