We are a growing manufacturer of high-quality construction materials including tile adhesive, block jointing mortar, plaster, and wall putty. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials segment
- Promote and sell company products including tile adhesive, block jointing mortar, plaster, and putty
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and generate new leads
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients when required
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in building materials / construction chemicals preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel locally
- Knowledge of construction industry contractors and dealers will be an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Pay: ₹9,768.47 - ₹33,791.51 per month
