Job Role: As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads through inbound and outbound calls, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and other sales channels. You will promote and sell our stock market, Forex trading, and financial education courses; understand customer needs; address their queries; and convert prospects into successful enrollments. This role includes 70% B2C sales (student admissions) and 30% B2B sales (building partnerships with colleges, coaching institutes, educational consultants, and training institutes). - Salary Package: 30–40k per month + Attractive Incentives
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
- Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to generate and convert leads through calls, social media, and networking.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market, Forex trading, or financial markets is an added advantage.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Comfortable with 75% office-based work and 25% field visits.
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings, institutional visits, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through inbound & outbound calls, social media, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Pitch and sell stock market, Forex trading, and financial education courses to prospective students.
- Counsel students and working professionals to help them choose the right learning program.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Build long-term professional relationships with students and customers.
- Develop B2B partnerships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, tuition centers, and educational consultants.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Achieve monthly sales, admission, and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily reports and follow-up activities.
