Oracura Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team for a 1-month internship. This role is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in preparing offer letters and appointment letters
- Support the recruitment team with day-to-day HR and hiring activities
Requirements :
- Interest in HR and Recruitment
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment is preferred
- Candidates based in Navi Mumbai or nearby preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
