WE ARE HIRING – Senior OT Technician
Perumalla Hospital, Nalgonda is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior OT Technician to join our surgical team.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or relevant qualification.
- Proven experience in OT management and surgical assistance.
- Strong knowledge of OT technician roles and responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience in laparoscopic surgeries and handling laparoscopic equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgeries.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Handle, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Set up and manage laparoscopic instruments, cameras, monitors, and related equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Monitor OT inventory and coordinate the availability of surgical supplies.
- Maintain accurate OT records and documentation.
Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in laparoscopic and general surgical procedures.
